After watching this video, if you feel like Cheerleading isn’t a gruelling and demanding sport, then you need to get your head checked. These Cheerleaders make me feel like the biggest slob in the world… i’ve also never seen such a big group of crazy fit and beautiful Americans.

See you there!
Coach Lasso has just arrived in England to coach the Premier League Tottenham Hotspur, and he’s realizing it’s football… Just not as you know it.
I’m a tiny bit bitter while writing this, as just a few short weeks ago, Liverpool were also supposed to be making their way down to South Africa for a pre-season tour… but anyway. I’m of the opinion that any foreign teams that want to come down to SA to play our PSAL teams, can only be a good thing for SA football. Man City are also not bringing a boring reserve side down, these guys are bringing in the big boys, a proper first team side!
I must admit, i do enjoy watching Man City play, for one very specific reason, this guy >
YOH! Possibly the hottest player in the EPL, next to Steven Gerrard, of course!

The top 50 Red Bull Illume finalists will be invited to attend a grand ceremony in the city of Hong Kong where the winners will be unveiled. Once the winners have been announced these 50 finalist images then travel around the world as a unique and stand-alone photo exhibition. To showcase the illumination, the exhibitions always open at night-time only.
The overall winner of the 2010 Image Quest was Chris Burkard (USA). His image (above) of surfer Peter Mendia riding the waves off Chile’s West Coast won universal praise from the judges.

In January Cape Town hosted Bafana Bafana when they took on Norway in an international friendly as part of their African Cup of Nations preparations. I couldn’t make that game, because i was in the UK, but most of my friends went and they had a blast! The vibe was the closest it has gotten to the World Cup – and it’s sure to be repeated this weekend too!

If you haven’t heard about it by now, i’m not quite sure where you’ve been. The Maloof Money Cup date is edging closer and closer… just in case you don’t already know; the Maloof Money Cup world skateboarding championships will be returning to SA on 28-30 September 2012… and to get you even more excited, the kind people from @MMC_SAfrica given me a pretty SICK hamper to give away!
The hamper is worth R3000, and this is what you’ll get:

Monster Energy Pack @ R250
Maloof Money Cup Sticker Pack @ R200
Damn, i obviously wouldn’t mind a new deck myself… i’m still rocking a luminous pink KFD deck with lumo pink wheels and black trucks. It’s probably best if i just hand the prize over to someone who can actually use it (seeing as i’m a cripple right now, and will be for the next few months).
How to win:
I’m going to make it REALLY easy for you… It’s been a long year, and no one should have to think more than they absolutely have to. Make sure you follow me & @MMC_SAfrica and then just copy what’s written in between the bunny ears, and tweet it!
“Win a R3000 hamper with @MMC_SAfrica & @StephanieBe check it: http://wp.me/p17Wkg-BG #MaloofSA”
If you get your tweet manually RT’d, it counts as an entry FOR YOU! So ask your friends to help you out
For extra points, you might just want to head on over to Facebook and like the Maloof Money Cup page.
